You can delete your account of GROHE Watersystems App by selecting Edit Profile and delete you profile with the help of the trash icon in the upper right corner.
Please note that once your account data has been removed, you cannot access to the connected systems anymore or to your webshop order history.

GROHE offers two Apps: The GROHE Watersystems AR app helps you to virtually place a GROHE Blue watersystem or GROHE Red watersystem in your kitchen. So you can already check if the cooler/ boiler will fit into your kitchen cabinet and how the tap will match to your sink.
For the owner of a GROHE Blue Home or Professional watersystem, the GROHE Watersystems app is the tool of choice. This app allows you to easily maintain and control your watersystem and to order new consumables from the integrated web shop. Both apps are available for free in Apple Store and Android Play Store. -
A WLAN router with internet access (2.4 GHz, IEEE 802.11b/g/n) is required. The 5 GHz WLAN is not supported. Only WLAN channels 1 – 11 can be used. -
The Watersystem App requires access to GPS and Bluetooth to establish a connection to the GROHE Blue Watersystem. The app does not collect any location data. -
This may be caused by the configuration mode/access point not being activated. To deal with the problem, press the left and right button on the GROHE Blue Home cooler simultaneously for at least 3 seconds until SE flashes on the display. In addition, Wi-Fi must be activated on your smartphone and you must have a continuous, uninterrupted Internet connection.
If you still only see other wireless networks and not the GROHE Blue device, then please contact GROHE customer service team for further support. -
The cause may be that the GROHE Blue cooler is out of the range of Wi-Fi reception. To deal with this issue, you need to change the location of the Wi-Fi router or use a Wi-Fi repeater so that the cooler gets within the range of your local Wi-Fi network. -
GROHE provides a firmware updates which fixes this problem. Please make sure that your system is updated to the latest firmware version. If you have any difficulties to execute the firmware update, then please get in contact with the GROHE Customer Service team. -
The app monitors the water which is tapped via the app only. Still or sparkling water which is drawn from the GROHE Blue faucet handle cannot be tracked for technical reasons. -
Make sure that your watersystem is connected to the Wi-Fi network. If your system disconnected, then re-start the integration process and make sure as well to that it uses the latest firmware version. -
The calibration improves the accuracy of measured water amounts, making sure you are getting the correct amount of water when water is tapped from the app. -
Remove GROHE Watersystems app from your mobile device and install it again from the App store. Don´t worry, no data will get lost. After login, you will see your connected system and the capacities once again. -
Select the watersystem on the App and open the settings (gear symbol). Afterwards, you can remove the system with the help of the trash icon in the upper right corner. Any watersystems which was not properly connected to the App (installation process has been aborted) will vanish automatically after a short period of time. -
